About Alpendorf Ski Resort

The village of Alpendorf sits slightly above the valley floor, with accommodation clustered around the main lift station. This allows for easy access to the slopes without the need for long transfers or ski buses. Some Hotels offer Ski-In Ski-Out, others are just a few minutes walk to the ski lift.

Through its lift connections, Alpendorf links directly into the wider Snow Space Salzburg ski area, providing access towards Wagrain and Flachau as well as Zauchensee. Alpendorf is a perfect starting point to try the 12peakstrophy, which can be done on various days or for the more experienced skiers who are up to a challenge – its possible to do it in one day.

Alpendorf works well as a base for visitors who want extensive skiing during the day but prefer a quieter place to stay in the evenings.
